Linlin Piano

About Me

Pianist I Ling Wu (Linlin Piano) studied at Guangfu Elementary and Shuangshi Junior High in Taichung, later entering the music program at Tainan National University of the Arts and completing her Master’s degree at the Queensland Conservatorium in Australia. Trained by Professors Chen Guan-yu, Chen Min-hua, Guo Zong-kai, and Russian pianist Natasha Vlassenko, she began piano under her mother and later studied electronic keyboard at Yamaha. As a young composer, she represented Taiwan internationally at the I.J.O.C in Japan and A.O.J.O.C in Southeast Asia.

During her studies abroad, she received scholarships and won numerous piano awards, including prizes at the Lev Vlassenko, Gold Coast, Brasil Jones, and Brisbane competitions.

Since returning to Taiwan, she has been active as both performer and arranger, collaborating with ensembles such as TPSO and producing works for theatre, orchestras, and education. Her albums Four Seasons, Zen Sounds, and Bedtime Stories gained wide acclaim. In 2025, she performed an Anita Mui memorial concert in Singapore and appeared as guest pianist at the Taipei Music Center.
